Rich Embury takes a time machine back to the end of 1985! While organizing the “Outta Control Room” recently, Rich came across a 37-year-old TDK cassette from ’85. On it, is the final high school radio show hosted by Rich Embury called “The Hot N’ Heavy Hour” (Mount Royal Collegiate)! A 15-year-old, squeaky and breathy Rich, hosts his final show before his family moved across the city, and he attended a new high school (Holy Cross High School). The cassette recording held up extremely well. This week you get the entire 1985 radio show, complete with songs of the era from Malice / Ozzy Osbourne / Havoc / Metallica / Yngwie J. Malmsteen’s Rising Force / Accept / Dokken / Kid Wikkid (with a teenaged Sebastian Bach singing) / Titan / Tzar / Keel / Bon Jovi / Motley Crue!!
